Mandelic acid is one of my favorite multitaskers because it gently exfoliates while helping with several skin concerns at once.

It’s especially great for texture, blackheads, whiteheads, uneven skin tone, dullness, and acne-prone skin. It can also help brighten the complexion, soften the look of fine lines, and improve the appearance of sun-related pigmentation or acne marks over time.

Because it exfoliates more gently than some other acids, it helps smooth and refine the skin without leaving it feeling overly stripped or irritated.
