Why Your Skincare Routine Needs a True Purpose

Why Your Skincare Routine Needs a True Purpose

"I finally feel like I have a purpose for my skincare routine now."

That's what one of my guests said to me after I walked her through her homecare regimen. It's really stuck with me ever since and I wanted to share that story with you.

People aren't struggling with skincare, they're struggling understanding it.

Most people struggle with products because it's something someone told them, something that they found online, or something that they're hoping will work.

But there's no direction, intention, or correction to their skin.

When we sat down, I didn't just tell her the routine, but I talked to her about her skin, what it needs, and the reason for each step and what it does.

Her cleanser wasn't just a cleanser, but creating that canvas for her products and to support her barrier.

Her serum wasn't random, it was to target a specific concern.

When your skincare has a purpose, you can stop guessing and start feeling more in control of your skin.

And you actually start to understand your skin.

My goal is to give you the confidence and knowledge for you to take care of your skin in a way that finally makes sense.

Until next time,
